[Marxism] X Factor's "Heroes" as Villains
>From Liam Mac Uaid's blog:
"The musical low point of 2008, and maybe this century so far, was the
musical tribute to the work of the British Army's professional killers
in Iraq and Afghanistan. It has been in the charts for months and
says something very depressing about the state of anti-war
consciousness. No song opposing the imperial intervention has had even
a fraction of the success.
"Here is a little adaptation of the video by Eirigi. You might want to
turn the sound down. The song is execrable. Really, really, really
bad."
