The anti-trust commission would have intervened if somebody would get
for free what others can only get after shelling out a huge sume of money.
Being the incumbent is an advantage over other candidates, and that should
not be given out for free. At least if one believes the strong neoliberal
"competition is everything, but it must be a competition without unfair
advantages to nobody"..
