that long? When exactly dit they change? I thought the imperialist
countries had changed their War ministries changed to "Defense" after the
so-called World War 1.

The demand of a famous German poet of the early 19th century:
"Friede den Hütten, Krieg den Palästen"
("Peace to the huts, war to the palaces")
now being changed to
"Friede den Hütten, Verteidigung den Palästen"
("Peace to the huts, defence to the palaces").
