Precisely -- and the long silly debate over Obama on this list has
increasingly ignored that architexture. It is the U.S. government, not
President X, that we have to focus our theory and practice on. Long
harangues against President X, or long torturous arguments over how
President X might do something that helps us, are mere distractins from
our intellectual and political tasks.
