To put this in context, check out the 'worldclock' data on annual
oil use:

Look at the energy use tab, on 'year to date' mode, and laugh (or
cry)...
Yes, Cuba has well under one years worth in the context of global
useage...
And of course, would take years to get to the point where the field
is in full production, and more years again before they'd have used
the easy half up, more again of slowing extraction and expensive
to refine oil...
Great for them to have it, if they resist the NWO global free market
it will give them good energy security, but let's see it in the right
perspective.
