Hey Aaron, Is your problem with the word "action"? This fits into the
category of demonstration and i think it's definitely worthwhile.

I think preventing foreclosure move-outs which is technically not an
eviction (an eviction is technically for the non-payment of rent or
something else of a tenant's (rent-payer) duty to perform.) would be
a worthwhile action, as well as preventing evictions,
