Re: [Marxism] An open letter to our Cubaholic [was: Cuba policy as a U.S. domestic political issue]

I find it much more of an indication of how counter-productive
Walter's non-stop intervention is since Joaquin at one time was quite
warm to Walter personally and in solidarity with much of his
political analysis. If, for example, somebody like Mark Lause or
David Thorstad started writing open letters to Marxmail complaining
about me, I'd take that very much to heart.

Fred, the embargo is considered by just about everybody in the world
as a foreign policy issue. In the 1970s, Nixon and Kissinger went to
China to begin the process of taking advantage of political/economic
openings. That visit was not a "domestic" issue, even though powerful
sectors of the American bourgeoisie obviously favored it. Right?

This sounds intriguing. Do you have hopes that Cuba might one day
invade the U.S. and impose a proletarian dictatorship? I can't wait.
