This would restore the embargo as it existed in 2001---for 60 days!
In an election year when they are competing for the Hispanic vote, it
would seem a no brainer for the Dumbocratic majority in Congress to
pass it (as a bailout rider if necessary). But of course they won't.
They remember what happened to JFK.
