Ralph Nader wants the Pennsylvania Supreme Court to take a new look at
its decision ordering his presidential campaign to pay $81,102.19 in
costs related to his being tossed from the 2004 presidential ballot.

The recent indictments of 10 former state House Democratic staffers
and former state House Minority Whip Mike Veon for using state
resources for political work, including Democrats' successful effort
to boot Nader off the ballot is enough justification, he says.

"The Pennsylvania Democrats' effort to deny Pennsylvania voters the choice
voting for the Nader-Camejo candidacy in 2004 appears to have been a criminal
conspiracy massive in scale, involving virtually the entire House
Democratic caucus
staff, and top Democratic leadership," Nader said in a statement.

He wants the court to consider the new evidence.
