[Marxism] Disappearing web pages from Cuba

The article may also be found at the main CubaNews list:
http://groups.yahoo.com/group/CubaNews/message/86454

Cuban web-pages all too frequently disappear for no good
reason that I can think of, nor any bad reason, either.
It probably isn't useful to conjure up some political
reason why such a thing should happen. It's always nice
to imagine some neat, easy-to-understand and completely
rational explanation for things we don't understand.

But the real reason may be much simpler: shit happens.

It's for just this frustrating reason that I try to put
URLs, as a kind of documentation or footnoting, and in
cases where CubaNews is making translations, to put the
original right below the English translation.

Errors often creep into Cuban translations, as well, and
that includes even translations of commentaries by people
like Fidel Castro, not to speak of others. I assume they
do the best they can with the tools they have available.

In addition they do not have many native speakers in
Cuba employed at revising their translations to make it
certain that they come over into the most fluent English.
I wish they did, but I wish for many things. And while
I remind myself that the perfect is often the enemy of
the good, Cuba remains a blockaded Third World country.

Shit happens.

I also tried various combinations of search terms for the presumed
original in Spanish, but without any luck! Is there a political/
diplomatic explanation for the disappearance of this article,
or is it a purely technical problem?

P.S. The words "That dust caused this mud"appeared at the very end of
the first pragraph. I have deleted them since they obviously don't belong and
probably got included by accident when Walter copied the article from its web
page.
