Re: [Marxism] Books for kids?

Re: books for kids with a theme of resistance

I wrote a review of some of my favorite left-wing books for young readers in
the International Socialist Review, Nov-Dec 2007 issue:
http://www.isreview.org/issues/56/rev-childrensbooks.shtml

It's all fiction; several of them would be appropriate for 11-year-olds (the
books are grouped by age at the end of the review, and by theme in the body
of the article).

The Marxist Internet Archive also has a helpful set of pages on this:
http://www.marxists.org/subject/art/literature/children/index.htm

A book that's not on either of those pages, but that I love and was also
loved by my 11-year-old male cousin, is China Mieville's Un Lun Dun. Review
