Actually, Walter, I (and others) have been criticizing Obama for such things 
for 
a long time, including this pledge to send more troops to Afghanistan, which is 
hardly a new one.

"One could think of a thousand others. It's politically wrong
to criticize him for the places where is says he would do the
right thing. Among these things are lifting the travel and the
remittance bans on Cuban-Americans, as he says he would."

You're great at straw men, aren't you? I don't recall ANYONE on this list 
criticizing Obama for planning on lifting the restrictions on Cuban-Americans. 
What *I* have criticized is A) Obama for saying explicitly he won't do anything 
ELSE until Cuba makes concessions; and B) Other people who seem to think that 
Obama has pledged to do more than he really has.
