Hillary Clinton is no protector of civil liberties; she voted down Obama's 
amendments 
to the Patriot Act; she did not lend the resources of her office to the Gitmo 
lawyers; 
and Obama is opposed to immunity, and still has the path of criminal law to 
pursue penalties. I am not as sure as you that Obama is wrong as you suggest
to pursue some highly regulated alliance with Catholic groups for the poor. 
See column by EJ Dionne. You said nothing about capital punishment.
