You seem to be misinterpreting the "...do not make it under
circumstances of their own choosing" idea. It is not a denial of
choice. Marxism does not mean "all structure and no agency".

"Creating something that did not exist before" is very much a choice.
This is about human agency. One chooses to create. (One could have
chosen not to.)
