Capitalism, by definition, can NOT be thought of separately from markets.
But "early" markets don't JUST refer to the eventual development of
pre-capitalist formations into capitalist ones.
Markets meet a social need, in an age where the conditions for the
communist goal are not still ripe. Nobody can decree them out of life.
Not even Lenin.
Spitting against the wind isn't the best recipe for revolutions.
