Definitely.
None the less there are still a whole bunch of people
there who do, at least in some countries. This could
potentially be useful for organising amongst students,
say, or as a collective tool.
Not all working people in the imperialist states have
much Internet access either - there's still selection
on that level, although obviously to a much lesser
degree. I also suspect that the frequency with which
these sites are used varies between imperialist states
as well even amongst those who notionally could use
them.
However, given all that, these tools are still
potentially valuable for use by leftists, which is the
key point.
I personally don't use either!
