[Marxism] small changes to delivered emails

I have made three small changes to the meta-content of messages 
delivered to Marxmail.

1. We now include so-called RFC-2369 List-XXX headers in the headers to 
each message. Lüko and i have written elsewhere on how this can be used:

if it becomes a nuisance for the average user -- it may place lots of 
extra headers in your email display window -- i would consider turning 
them back off.
 

2. The footer at the bottom of the page now includes the explicit URL 
where each subscriber can change their Mailman options. i could include 
your password as well, but since some people complained about this 
possibility i have refrained. the truth is, you should not be using a 
sensitive password for Marxmail/Mailman options. for one thing, it is 
sent in plain text when you request it from the server. in any case, 
clicking on the link now takes you directly to *your* settings page, and 
you need only enter your password to make changes to your mail delivery 
settings.


3. The footer now reads, in part, "YOU MUST clip all extraneous text 
when replying to a message." ... it used to say "before replying", which 
may have confused some people. you clip the extraneous text that is 
copied into your email window AFTER you hit reply to a message.
