better to run these tests offlist with me. your  problem persists. i'll 
put you on moderation until we get this straightened out, which means if 
your post comes thru formatted properly, we will pass it thru, otherwise 
bounce it back.

in your case here, you do not have quoted-printable or UTF-8 or other 
encoding issues. i think you need to set your line-length limit in your 
email app.
