Do you reject the answer the Dalai would most probably give: that is
up to the Tibetan people, not up to any "leader." ?
On the other hand, there is no doubt whatever about the dictatorial
capitalist social system that the Chinese "Communist" colonial rulers
want to impose on Tibet.
