Moreover, dirty media tactics are a plenty in trying to break the will
of some of the Latin American countries who continue to support the
need to "fight terrorism" including the FARC. Today Colombian daily El
Tiempo published a photo, which was circulated at the OAS meeting,
supposed of an Ecuadorian Minister meeting with Raul Reyes. Of course
it turns out that it wasnt send minister but rather the leader of the
Argentine Communist Party
