Actually this isn't the Marxist approach to the national question. It is

served by a national movement at a particular time? - This is why the 
Serbian Social Democrats voted against war credits in 1914, although, as 
Lenin also pointed out in 1915, taken in isolation Serbia was involved 
in a defensive war with Austro-Hungary. Both Lenin and the Serbian 
Social Democrats didn't consider the Serbian question in isolation but 
rather in the context of the braoder inter-imperialist conflicts. this 
must also be the criterion when considering Kosovo/Kosova.
