War Stories Echo an Earlier Winter

I watched some of the testimony live on TV yesterday and thought
everyone did a really good job. There was an appropriate mix of
documented war crimes and cathartic remorse for having committed said
crimes, as well as pinning the blame on officers high up in the chain
of command. The mainstream news article is ok, but doesn't say that
the testimonies from the soldiers clearly implicated their superior
officers.
