I appreciate your analysis , Joaquin. Do you have any thoughts on the
context of Obama's supporters vs the  US ruling class being in something
of a crisis due to the Bush regime train wreck in Iraq and generally in
the world; and the divide between big oil and big auto, with auto
suffering big profit losses for several years; and the financial crisis.
 I think the balance of class forces has some significance in relation
to your analysis of people moving around Obama.
