Thanks for this, Anthony.  Just for my own scholarly purposes, how
should we address/cite you?  I've passed along a few of the things
you've sent but was somewhat uncertain of how to reference you.  Are
you working with some community organization? University? NGO? or are
you just an independent scholar working in Colombia.
