If his 'sabre-rattling' intimidates Uribe even a little bit then maybe its
worth it. Solidarity in action, not just word, is important. Of course, it
will probably whip up nationalist sentiment and help Uribe domestically.
Incidentally, if he pushes for another amendment to allow for a third term I
wonder if the capitalist press will accuse him of being a dictator like
Chavez?
