You also put all the blame on NATO for the bombing campaign, and in terms of 
the logic of arguments, no leftist has really spoken to what Branka Magas said 
in 1999 that it was Milosevic who turned what was planned as a few targeted 
strikes into an inhumane two month bombing campaign when he expelled several 
hundreds of thousands of Kosovar Albanians whose ability to return home had to 
then be guaranteed unless the war was to spread to Macedonia. Again I hear not 
a word about this from the thinkers at New Left review, Monthly review and Zmag 
net about what Milosevic's ethnocidal campaign in response to the initial days 
of bombing shows about the nature of his regime and goals in Kosova.
