[Marxism] McCain asks for "Trotskyite" support.

You have to love this election year, if only as a spectator 
support. As a Michigan resident I have endured endless automated 
phone calls trying to convince me that our unemployment rate is 
directly connected to the menace of "Islamo-fascism." Now on the 
day of the hotly contested Republican primary, John McCain was just 
on a Fox news interview program where he asked for "trotskyite" 
support for his struggle against Mitt Romney. The exact quote was, 
"I am asking everyone to support me - Democrats, independents, 
vegetarians, Trotskyites. I know what Trotskyites are from the 
reporters on my bus." Newt Gingrich was up next on the same program 
pronouncing Reganism dead and the conservative movement in America 
moribund. 

Let's see, American Nazis are enthusiastically supporting Ron Paul 
because of his past rascist comments, Reaganism is finished, and 
now McCain is appealing to the spirit of the 4th International. The 
only explination I can  think of is that all of McCain's talk of 
the "transcendental" struggle against Islamic radicalism derives 
from Spatacist influence on the straight talk express. Needless to 
say the Democratic primary where the only names on the ballot are 
Hilary Clinton, Denis Kucinech, and Mike Gravel, pales by
