I was going to post an analysis of the denoument in the high-definition DVD
format war, with Warner Bros., part of Time Warner, under new fuehrer
Jeffrey L. Bewkes, who replaced Dick Parsons as CEO Jan. 2, turning the
conglomerate on a dime and stabbing long-time marketing and technology ally
Toshiba in the back by announcing it will go exclusively with SONY's Blu Ray
format by mid-year. And I may still.

However, this recording of the last hours in the Toshiba HD-DVD bunker,
complete with subtitles, pretty much tells the whole story.
