Well you know me Peter, I'm the depressive type. :-)
Thank you for the detail. From it we learn that DSP membership is down from
300 to 268 since the height of the anti-cap movement, not much above the low
of 250 despite a decision to "pull back and rebuild the cadre", after paying
the price of recruiting to the Alliance rather than the DSP. Meanwhile the
number of independents in the Alliance has fallen, the DSP cadre has
apparently aged a bit, and there is a reduction in hours spent distributing
Green Left. Despite various complications, this seems to be broadly in line
with the minority's claims, except they're exaggerating (which is normal in
faction fights).
