Les, I also experienced a bounced message for the list for the same
reason last week. I was quite concerned. But the concern was brief
because I continued to get messages from the list. In my case the
report of a faulty address did not come from SURBL, but from my mail
server.

I suspect this is nothing more than a glitch.
