Para-Marxist theory? What's that mean? "Sort of Marxist" or
"half-Marxist"? Like paranormal? Or paramedic?

If it is a reference to Foucault, then the correct term is anti-Marxist.
Foucault's entire career was devoted to constructing an alternative to
Marxism. You might as well include Lacan and Lyotard.
