Dearest Ed, these days you seem to do political discussion like the country
and western bar in The Blues Brothers does music. You have both kinds of
posts - bashing Socialist Alliance *and* bashing the DSP.

You also have seemed to have learned the unfortunate practice of
misrepresenting people without bothering to quote them from your mentor Bob
Gould. I've written a fair bit about the elections in several posts,
including the record of ALP governments, different ways socialists could
relate to the Greens, and the relevance of changing results of social
attitude surveys in the last 25 years. Sorry if any of it's hard to follow
for fans of country and/or western. What exactly doesn't make sense (I'd be
happy to write more slowly if that helps) or sounds desperate?

And I'll take your sermons about openess in the DSP seriously when you fight
for the release of transcripts of Greens conferences and pre conference
discussions if you have such things, or at least major documents in debates
(as are available on the DSP website), and make the "members only" section
of the Greens website public. So go and sort out that outrage first, if it's
such a fundamental principle for you.
