We take a look at how the subprime mortgage crisis is affecting homeowners.  
The latest statistics show U.S. foreclosure filings nearly doubled in October  
from the same month last year. African American and Latino homeowners have 
been  particularly hard hit. A new study finds that African Americans and 
Latinos were  more than three times as likely as whites to have a high-cost 
loan.
