Key phrase: "at that level", that is, federally. Even
if the Greens were purely and only electoralist, which
is uneven, they would be looking at fairly regular
state and local government elections.
Part of the trick with Green activism is that a lot of
Green activists don't operate "as Greens" in the
movements. (I suspect the same is probably true for
ALPers.) For example, the World Environment Day
committee in Toowoomba is largely composed of Greens
and ex-Greens, but they're not there in a party
capacity.
So at one level "the Greens" do very little - but
"Greens" do quite a bit.
What will the Greens be doing between elections in the
next few years? The same as they always do!

less than 2%.
