This past Saturday, the Democrats chose retired Army Lieutenant General Ricardo 
Sanchez to give their weekly radio address. According to the ACLU, Sanchez 
urged his troops to "go to the outer limits" to extract information from 
prisoners. Previously released documents have linked Sanchez to the use of army 
dogs during interrogations. We speak with Tara McKelvey, author of "Monstering: 
Inside America's Policy of Secret Interrogations and Torture in the Terror
