Thanks for the article Graham. I may make some comments in time. For
now, have you see this Links article by Tran Dac Loi? He is a wonderful
Marxist theoretician I've come across in the CPV, and he attended the
recent LAAPSC in Melbourne. He is Secretary-General of the Vietnam Peace
and Development Foundation, headed by Madame Binh.
