The real question is whether the construction of Trotskyist parties,
which Trotsky himself referred to as Bolshevist-Leninist, made any
sense. If it does, then the French turn made sense. However, I reject
not only the Trotskyist party-building model, but all such attempts at
constructing a vanguard on the basis of an idealized "program",
democratic centralism, etc., etc.
