Re: [Marxism] Anti-Lacan?

I think it doesn't matter whether it is Lacanian, if a theory helps us to
unravel different aspects of truth. The problem is to regard
psychoanalysis as the main reference. I have an unpleasant psychological
story which might be a by-product of Marx's well-known theory of
"alienation".

While I was working as an accountant in a construction company, the hair
on my face had suddenly began to shed away during the troublesome year-end
procedures. I did not tell anyone, but every morning I was very carefully
shaving my beard to conceal the situation. One week later, half of my
facial hair had completely gone and I decided to see a dermatologist.
After some attentive examinations and tests, he concluded that the cause
problem is psychological for being in stressful situations. He gave me a
prescription for a cream and some pills. But he added wisely: "The
ultimate solution is to remove the causes of your stress". I replied:
"Then we must make a revolution, doctor".

I recovered from my disease within a month, without ever attempting a
revolution to overcome the alienation. But, one year after, I quitted my
job to remove the cause of the stress. I would be more than pleased if
someone had told me the Lacanian diagnosis of this particular disease.
