Why in Spanish, "la isla misteriosa"? Anyway down here in Argentina we
-who know British imperialism well- simply say "Inglaterra". On our
national poem (the epic of a gaucho against the oligarchy, it is
called a different name, "Hinca-la-perra", that is "Bites the Bitch".
