Mark I agreed it will make it a international issue but only the countries in 
the security counsel can do something about it on a multinational level. As far 
as it's effects on radicalizing other comrades internationally it will serve as 
another shot at the leviathan which is reason enough to take it (which I never 
suggested we shouldn't) however as we all should know it will merely be yet 
another disgrace to a system that lacks any ethics. I think the U.S left fails 
to address the issue not because it is generally not a good idea but because 
this international platform you argue for already exist and is getting stronger 
daily. The question then shouldn't be focusing allot of energy to make it 
stronger (The empire does that for us daily); the question should be how to use 
this platform (the systems internal contradictions) to challenge leviathan.
