Mark you miss the point. it would be nice but the U.S controls the U.N Remember 
when Nicaragua took the U.S to the World Court for the hostility during the 
Iran contra affair? Nicaragua won but the U.S just said no! The U.S violates 
multiple international treaties but will never suffer any consequences. You 
forget the U.S views itself as a state of exception; the main enforer of the 
rule of law never must fall beneath it consequnces. The most going to the U.N 
will do is like it did for Ortega rally anti-hegemonic advisaries predominantly 
Latin America with a (couple exceptions) and warrant another reflection by 
Fidel Castro; yet another example of the endless amounts of transgession made 
by the U.S\
