[Marxism] Ted Hayes, Go Away
Ted Hayes, Go Away
Ted Hayes, having nothing better to do, leads his "Crispus Attucks Brigade", of
maybe 5 people alongside some thing called "The Millenium Panthers", back into
Leimert Park, this Sat 9/29 at 11AM. trying to stir up trouble between black
and brown people. They will be joined by an odd assortment of wanna-bes,
used-to-bes and never-wases. And thus we will have the unseemly sight of a
curious collection of mis-fits parroting the words of racist white Minutemen
who, while sponsoring Hayes' forays, have decided after facing the wrath of the
citizens of Leimert on June 23rd that discretion is indeed the better part of
valor.
Their ill-spelled flyer, handed out at the rally for the Jena 6, reads "For
Blacks and Blacks Only!!!" and "Black Unity Now". And what are their points of
unity? Only vicious diatribes and slanders: "Our home, the United States of
America is under attack by Foreign Nationals who seek the genocide of Blacks."
Right. It was Mexicans who put us on the boats and sold us to other Mexicans
when we (some of us at least) got here. "Blacks are especially under siege and
attack by citizen (sic) of foreign nations illegally within ours." Yep. And
they lynched us too. Wouldn't let us vote. Or let our children go to schools
with theirs, etc. Them Damn Mexicans.
They say that politics makes strange bedfellows but this rag-tag assortment of
coons and con men, of snakes-in-the-grasss and snake-oil salesmen, borders on
the ridiculous. Here, marching under a banner that reads "In Loving Memory of
Our Ancestors & Reparations", at the (Fish always stinks from the) head of the
march is Mr Hayes himself who affixed his name, scratched his 'X', at the
bottom of a document by something called "The United American Committee that
reads, in part, at
"...black descendants of American slaves might more appropriately direct their
demands for reparations to states of the Muslim world which first seized and
enslaved their fore bearers."

Ted Hayes, Go Away. Our neighborhoods, in the main, are a mixture of black and
brown. Our neighborhoods, in the main, are places where blacks and browns get
along trying to struggle for a decent life. We've got enough on our hands
without your poison.
