Alas, you're right. I missed the part about "they can ignore another protest
on the National Mall, but they can't ignore people occupying their local
Congressional offices". I share your view of the c.d. strategy and can now
better understand Fred's concern about it. The larger issues are still
there, of course, and it won't come as any surprise that I think Goff has
his eyes turned on the right constituency, and seems to be the kind of
leader who can adjust his tactics to accord with what the situation
requires.
