The terminology is inexact, but the politics are clear and Blum does not
recognize that. Jews in Nazi Germany did not _choose_ to be Jews, and
the Nazis recognized that fact, but it didn't save anyone. What we must
fight for is the right to be a homosexual regardless of whether it is a
"choice" or not.
