Mark,
Those groups were not parties. They are antiwar coalitions. I believe the
Greens are a political party participating in the U.S. Elections? Are they
not?
Neither SMC nor NPAC ever ran a candidate for office then encouraged the
voters not to vote for them but to vote, instead, for the major Democratic
party candidate. I don't remember SMC or NPAC calling for a vote for Johnson
or Kennedy.
What are you talking about?
