Daniel:

you have three issues.

one is you need to clip quoted text. your reply just included the 
original post verbatim.  second, you seem to be using some kind of 
web-based email. see if there is a setting in your email options that 
specifies line length, and set it to something like 72. third: your 
webmail seems to be html derived, for example your apostrophes look like 
this: "Didn’t"  .... the ’ is html-speak for apostrophe. and 
yet your post came in plain-text format, not html.

i did some searching on the OpenWave webmail that was listed in your 
email headers and found no online support except that which required 
online registration. if you are free to do so, you may want to consider 
switching email apps.
