At least 40 people are dead and 70 seriously injured
  
 as timer  controlled RDX bombs went off at a public park opposite the
  
 State  Government Secretariat and at an eatery in the busy Koti
  
 commercial  area at 7.30 pm Indian Time. Two unexploded devices were found.
  
  Jaishe-mohammed is suspect.
