Today Andrej has been released on bail and under certain conditions. This means 
all accusations are still upheld against him and the arrest warrant is still in 
effect and is only temporary suspended. Additionally the three other comrades 
are still in jail.

So especially comrades here who are working in the academic field should 
consider signing the protest resolution. As we have experienced in other cases 
this puts some pressure on the German state authorities, especially when the 
protest comes from abroad.
