You might be right, Louis. But what if you were wrong? Most of the
people of the United States were against the invasion and occupation
of Iraq, too. and I must say I wonder where they would get the troops
to do such a thing. But what if they decided to unleash the Israels? 
What Netanyahu becomes Israel's next PM? Can these be excluded, too?

As Saul Landau often reminds us, Washington is a bully and normally
doesn't attack people who they fear might fight back. Nevertheless,
should the Iranians, who do have some experience with a Washington
-installed regime in their country, base their planning on Chomsky, 
or on their own assessments? 

Chomsky: "Americans and Iranians largely agree on nuclear issues." 
Really? I thought this was largely about Washington's desire to
PREVENT Iran from developing its nuclear capabilities.
