[Marxism] FOR an "Islamic Bomb" ... (was: On The US-India Nuclear Agreement)

... And, let me add for clarity's sake, for an Arab bomb, for a Latin
American Bomb, for am African bomb, etc. etc. etc.

Sulk Sen. writes: "That the NPT is discriminatory is generally acknowledged
by the peace movement. (Ref. the CNDP statement.) But this is the only
available international instrument, with near-universal acceptance (except
by India, Pakistan and Israel), which recognises the legitimacy of the goal
of nuclear disarmament. notwithstanding its imperfections."

The non-proliferation treaty and the whole non-proliferation movement are
and have always been vulgar tools of imperialism.

The campaigns for nuclear disarmaments in imperialist countries should FIRST
have proved their sincerity and effectiveness by disarming THEIR OWN
imperialisms and imposing on them strict regimes of inspection and
verification to prevent reconstitution of a nuclear weapons program BEFORE
turning their attention to the countries that are under the threat of
imperialist attack.

That this isn't their focus nor what they have done just shows that they are
just "peace" cover for the nuclear monopoly of a handful of countries, most
of them imperialist countries, and for imperialist aggression.

Everybody yells and screams about North Korea and Iran, but no one says word
one about the new generations of weapons and delivery systems being
developed by the American, British and French imperialists.

So long as imperialism has not verifiably destroyed all its nuclear weapons
AND abandoned all aggressive designs on other nations, i.e., as long as
imperialism exists, it is the undeniable, unquestionable RIGHT of all
nations that are VICTIMS of imperialism to ARM THEMSELVES with the most
effective weapons possible AGAINST imperialist domination and attack -- no
matter what any treaty says.

That so many countries have signed onto the NPT is the result of imposition,
blackmail and bribes. This treaty has zero legitimacy or moral authority,
and on the contrary, has been used repeatedly by the imperialists as a
pretext for aggression.

History has shown that nuclear weapons ARE MOST DEFINITELY a formidable
weapon, hence its effectiveness as a deterrent. This was the case in the
Korean War of the 1950s, in the Cuban Missile Crisis of the 1960s, all the
way down to the recent events around North Korea.

If Saddam had in reality had nuclear weapons, this would have stopped the
imperialist invasion dead in its tracks, saving the lives of hundreds of
thousands of Iraqis. And notice how quickly the English, American and
Japanese imperialists changed their tune about North Korea once that country
got the bomb.
